- Abstract
The normalization should be adopted as the route, basis, method and standard for the development of physical education teachers' professional ethics. The documentary analysis and other methods are adopted to study the professional ethics of physical education teachers. Through the innovative practice of the school's posts, working systems as well as the education, teaching and educational research, the combination of the contents and practices of physical education teachers' school-based education, academic education, further education and the specialized moral education can effectively promote the professional ethics of physical education teachers to keep pace with the times and the teaching reform in university, and improve the development of education and teaching innovation. The main conclusion is that the professional ethics of physical education teachers are the fundamental spiritual power of this group's conscious development, scientific development and sustainable development.
