Abstract

The quality of party members determines the fate of a party and the country. Party members as the party's cell, strengthening the self-cultivation of party members, maintaining the development of party members of the advanced nature is a party forever the most fundamental force of youth. Liu Shaoqi's "On the accomplishment of party members" is the first part of our country from the aspects of party members to cultivate the importance of the party's work, and strengthen the Communist Party's cultivation is the key to all theory and practice to re-learn "on the Communist Party members" during the war, Comrade Liu Shaoqi published the important historical significance of this work.
