Abstract

Entering the 21st century, with the continuous improvement and further development of our economy and society as well as the international status of our country has been constantly increasing, the basic quality of workers social proposed a higher demand, so in order to ensure sustained and healthy development of our society, is the need to strengthen education management, the real change China from a populous country talent big country, prompting the comprehensive national strength has been continuously improved. Therefore, to carry out higher adult education gradually being concern in society, bear an important responsibility in personnel training. In this paper, the characteristics of contemporary adult education to start, for the management of adult education at this stage the existing problems were analyzed, and the issues raised corresponding innovation countermeasures to be able to provide some support for the development of adult education for the Talent Strategy contribute to the realization.
