- Abstract
Supervision is an important activity carried out by the principal to provide assistance to teachers in the face of the problems faced so that it will have an impact on improving the quality of teachers. This study aims to determine the factors of the peer supervision model in Malang City Junior High School. This research uses quantitative research methods through a factor analysis model. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire with a sample of principals in the city’s junior high school of 52 principals. The result of this study is that there is one factor in peer supervision, namely factor 1 or collegial relationship factor. The variable that most significantly affects the principal’s peer supervision is collegial relationships.
