Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out deeper learning in leadership to help high school students find their potential. The research data was reviewed from sources in the form of books, with the keyword’s leadership potential, published in the last three years. There are three books published for analysis. The research method used is qualitative, carried out through literature study, with hermeneutic data analysis. The results of the study concluded that deeper learning about leadership to help high school students discover their potential has proven to be a driving force for student achievement.
