- Abstract
Education is the cornerstone of the development of Xinjiang, which is a matter of national prosperity, people's well-being and the future of Xinjiang. Therefore, the ethnic education in Southern Xinjiang, especially bilingual education, attracts widespread attention of leaders at all levels. Based on the author's teaching and practical experience, this paper analyzes problems in science bilingual teaching in ethnic primary and middle schools in Southern Xinjiang and explores the causes of these problems. Finally, the author proposes optimizing countermeasures to solve these problems.
