- Abstract
With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the gradual online and offline integration becomes common and O2O model has become a general trend. Based on the author's work and learning experience, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Suning O2O model and then studies the existing problems, such as traffic driving, supply chain, customer relations and consumption experience. Finally this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
