Abstract

Film of clothing is to satisfy the needs of the movie theme a special kind of art form, it can exist in the form of their own independent, but also with other elements of the film interest rates, it has to be mixed with other elements to maximize visual effect. "The duchess" in clothing design and application of film won the Oscar for best costume design, this article will focus on study on its narrative function of clothing, hope to be able to provide important reference value for related film and television studies.
