Abstract

From the perspective of ambidextrous innovation synergy, this paper identifies and verifies the mechanism of dynamic capability and their dimensions on the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprise, and examines the intermediary role of ambidextrous innovation synergy. Based on the empirical study of 220 sample enterprises, it is found that the opportunity utilization ability has a significant positive impact on the complementarity and balance of ambidextrous innovation, while the opportunity identification ability only has a significant positive impact on the complementarity of ambidextrous innovation; Ambidextrous innovation synergy and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprise; Synergy and complementarity of ambidextrous innovation play a partial intermediary role between dynamic capability and enterprise competitive advantages, while the intermediary role of balance is not significant.
