Abstract

The invention of computers in the 20th century was one of the greatest innovations in human history. The incorporation of computers with the Internet then has given rise to even more prominent changes in almost all aspects of human society. This article is based on the historical and ongoing impacts of computers in the finance and insurance industries, which then can lead to projections about future influences.
