Abstract

Based on the operating mechanism of the spectrum auction, this paper analyzes the bidder’s quotation mechanism in the spectrum auction process from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives from the perspective of the 5G basic spectrum. At the same time, they are taking the Canadian spectrum auction as an example, combining actual data to explore the spectrum auction’s development process and action mechanism. Studies have shown that spectrum auctions will become an effective tool for people to use higher frequencies as buying and selling spectrum and estimation capabilities in the future, which will help voters achieve the highest benefits.
