Abstract

This paper focuses on the Government’s Help to provide help for independent innovation of private enterprises. The research group believes that at present, many enterprises in FuJian have not formed into the innovation subject, lack of innovation motivation, products remain in the low-end field, and form path dependence. These problems are becoming an obstacle to the current economic development. The research team found that the enterprise management innovation in FuJian is lagging behind at present, there is a shortage of truly competent management talents, and the paternalistic management of family management is still prevalent. After thorough investigation and analysis, the research group put forward several feasible schemes.
