- Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between the general self - efficacy and job alienation among clinical nurses in China. Methods: The Gerneral self - efficacy scale and the Work Alienation of nurse scale was used to investigate the clinical nurses in Shiyan City, Hubei Province. Results: The study showed that the self - efficacy and job alienation of clinical nurses were (24.18 ñ 5.30) and (34.22 ñ 7.02), General self - efficacy was related to job alienation negatively. Conclusion: The higher self-efficacy of clinical nurses was higher.
