- Abstract
Literatures on middle managers’ performance appraisal are reviewed in this paper. To summarize methods and limitations on evaluating middle managers’ performance appraisal, a conceptual framework is developed. Based on the review, improvement of the methods for future research and the scientific appraisal for achieving enterprise’s goals are discussed.
