Overview of the evolutionary model of technosphere as a complex synergetic system. Analysis of the structure and hierarchy of the communicative links between its elements. Demonstration of the particular role of science and education system in facing environmental challenges, as well as of the prospects of forming noospheric civilization, insuring the environmental safety of the technosphere.
