- Abstract
After the Cold War, the government of India initiated “Look East” policy actively, combining the change of the domestic and international situation, which opened a new era for the relationship between India and China. In the implementation of the “Look East” policy, the relations between India and China are getting better on the whole. Increasingly frequent bilateral exchange and cooperation have emerged in more areas which have involved various contents. But at the same time, negative factors affecting the development of Sino-Indian relations still exist, which call for the wisdom of the two counties to solve the problems, so as to successfully promote the development of bilateral relations.
