- Abstract
The onset of the intelligent era demands a multifaceted approach to talent development in education, focusing on enhancing students’ cognitive skills. Existing educational models face challenges such as limited interdisciplinary courses, disjointed skill development, and a lack of practical application, hindering students’ ability to integrate knowledge and apply it professionally. To address these issues, our educational research has thoroughly evaluated the needs of the intelligent interaction design major. We have conducted an in-depth review of the curriculum to align it with the era’s talent demands, emphasizing critical thinking, technical skills, and tool development. The research culminates in a curriculum system that uses the metaverse as a case study, supported by pedagogical strategies aimed at the specific courses within the major.
