- Abstract
Concrete materials have complexity, variability, and random uncertainty. How to help students better grasp the changing rules of concrete properties is a problem. It is necessary to combine a variety of data processing software for analysis. In this paper, the mechanical properties of concrete were the research object, using excel software for data processing and drawing. All students can quickly grasp and use it. We clarify the relation between stress and strain of concrete structure under load, and the constitutive connection of concrete is established. It is more consistent with a Bingham-type viscoplastic body. Furthermore, X-ray CT technology is used to scan the concrete section and analyze the failure mechanism of concrete, which accords with the Zaitsev-Wittmann aggregate interference model. Through rational use of data processing software, students are trained to use computer software to analyze experimental data, diagnose problems and solve problems, and improve students’ practical ability and innovation abilities.
