Abstract

The goal of this study is to help teachers at SDN Sukamanah 2 in 2022 become more proficient at conducting both online and offline learning by providing guidance using the consultation approach. The issue in the study is that teachers were not competent to provide both online and offline instruction using the prescribed procedures during the Covid-19 outbreak. While this is going on, the teacher’s job is to facilitate meaningful learning in order to meet as many learning objectives as possible. Based on the findings of this study, it was determined that teachers at SDN Sukamanah 2 can improve their ability to conduct online and offline learning by providing guidance and using the consultation technique. Although there are some difficulties faced by both teachers and students.
