- Abstract
Because of the compromise of the security of the underlying system or machine storing the key, exposure of the private key can be an great attack on a cryptosystem. Key insulation is an important method to protect private keys. To deal with the private key exposure problem in attribute-based encryption systems, we propose an attribute-based threshold key-insulated encryption (ABTKIE) scheme. It strengthens the security and flexibility of existing attribute-based key-insulated encryption schemes.
