Abstract

This paper systematically analyzes the role of university museums in building a characteristic cultural education environment, promoting the inheritance of excellent traditional culture, enhancing the humanistic connotation of university education, cultivating the national spirit of teachers and students, enhancing cultural confidence, expanding professional capabilities, enhancing humanistic quality and increasing innovative ability and other aspects. Through practice, it also sums up the ways on how to give full play to the educational function of museums in art design specialty in colleges and universities.
