Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on organizational commitment to female employees of PT Kwanglim YH Indah. The research method used is quantitative method using the SPSS 21 program. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study were 1217 employees with a sample of 92 employees. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study it is known that work life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment.
