- Abstract
The increasing number of people with disabilities who are productive is certainly an important thing to pay attention to. This is due to the distinction between people with disabilities in obtaining jobs, especially in rural areas. So there needs to be a breakthrough to encourage people with disabilities to work well. One of them is through the establishment of integrated organic farming on village treasury lands as a means and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Apart from being a driving force for productive disabled people, this program also aims to encourage fertility and optimize the use of agricultural land in villages to encourage the creation of national food security. Furthermore, this program and will realize prosperity, food self-sufficiency, and increase the economy in a region. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis to formulate the ideal concept for the application of the agricultural program.
