- Abstract
TETRAD’S represents an exceptional cryptographic algorithm innovated by the authors, with the objective of enhancing the security of data. This algorithm employs matrix representations, XOR operations on binary strings, and customized functions to generate an S-box for encryption. In addition, the algorithm generates a key to heighten security and provides the capability to recover messages and decrypt encrypted data. Along with security, this paper contributes to retrieval of lost data. Techniques for data recovery, such as the utilization of specialized forensic instruments and tools such as a hex editor and Foremost Tool, are employed to restore data that has been lost or corrupted. The proposed security algorithm and data retrieval system in this article exemplifies efficient resource utilization, consistent performance, expedient data retrieval, elevated encryption and decryption throughput, and rapid encryption and decryption durations. The study also underscores the significance of equipping digital forensic analysts with tools that facilitate data recovery.
