- Abstract
The APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) and mathematical optimization algorithm are applied for the optimization of the mushroom-shaped root-rim structure of turbine blades. In the optimization the better structure is obtained, and the maximum equivalent stress is notably reduced, which proves the effectiveness of the optimization method used.
