Abstract

As the most important part of wind turbine, the safety and reliability of pitch control system is very important. This paper deeply studies three aspects of pitch control system, including pitch controller, servo driver and backup power. At the basis of the control principle of pitch control system, the overall design content of the system is presented. Furthermore, the system has been successfully applied in engineering practice. The experimental results show that the system has a good response speed and control precision, and fully meets the technological requirements of pitch control system.
