Abstract

Xinjiang is the core area for the implementation of "the Belt and Road" strategy. Harmonious ethnic relations are the basic guarantee for its full implementation. Therefore, aiming at the construction of a harmonious ethnic group in Xinjiang, it proposes to build a harmonious ethnic relationship from three aspects: strengthen the construction of the legal system and the government's ability to govern, the inheritance of national outstanding culture and the demonstration of national unity, and provide a basis for the implementation of "the Belt and Road" strategy.
