Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the management of remuneration. In order to make the research easily understood, the paper was arranged as follows. Firstly, the paper analyses the union fracturing of collectivism and gives the reasons for the trend of remuneration from “collectivism” to “individualism”. Secondly, the paper discusses the extent that a shift from “collectivism” to “individualism” in the management of remuneration. And then, the paper discusses how the shift influences the reward systems in the UK. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion according to the analysis.
