Abstract

The acceleration of urbanization in China makes urban ethnic work more and more important. By analyzing the new tendencies and difficulties of urban ethnic work encountering in the new situation, this paper puts forward solutions for perfecting legislation, improving work mechanism, and governing with collaborative and innovative measures.
