Abstract

Against the background of "Internet Plus", the elective courses of general education in universities urgently need to integrate online learning resources based on internet technology. Emphasis is placed on training high-quality talents with coordinated development of knowledge, ability and quality. At the same time, students' autonomous learning should be the main body, and the application effect of the elective courses of general education in universities should be improved by being both "online" and "offline". It is imperative to standardize the rational development and utilization of the "Internet Plus Japanese Language and Culture" general education elective courses.
