- Abstract
The industry monopoly widespread in professional sports in China has always been the denounced barrier for industrial development. With the great development of the professional sports on marketing, it should follow the general rule in advancing the society and economy. Moreover, the full and effective competition in the market shall be safeguarded. Although the "Competitive balance" in the professional sports provides reasonable base for some conduct to restrain the competition, the administrative monopoly under the government dominating system is increasingly hindering the development of professional sports, which should be regulated.
