- Abstract
Employees’ performance in organization plays important role to organization’s growth. Quality of performance may determine the sustainability of organization. Meanwhile, the performance is influenced by personal and environmental dimension. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, social relation work model, and change readiness on the employee performance in University of Muhammadiyah Malang hospital. The type of this study is exploratory survey which expected to explain the phenomenon of each variables interaction. There are 148 respondents and given the questionnaires, then proceed to validity and reliability test. Furthermore, the data is analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the study showed that the performance of employee is affected by the change readiness, in which influenced by self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, and social relation model at work.
