- Abstract
A three dimensional symmetrical fractal tree antenna using chemical deposition technique is presented. The fractal antennas are used to enhance antenna properties due to their self - similarity behavior. The tree design Microstrip antenna provides miniaturization and multiband operation. The chemical deposition is one of the most interesting technique. Experimental result on the return loss over the band of 1 to 11 GHz and radiation pattern were presented. Chemical deposition technique clearly indicate the shifting of all frequency bands from high frequencies to low frequencies. For all the resonant frequencies VSWR is less than two.
