- Abstract
To reduce the risk of zero borrowing of purchased books, the live use of library space, and the optimization of the library's shelving procedures, given the limited funds and space in university libraries, this article uses algorithms such as Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) for classification and regression The analysis was conducted and the results were cross-checked 10 times. By comparing the experimental results, the LightGBM method has an accuracy of 73.17% and a RMSE value of 4.154, and the model can be used as a basis for effective purchasing decisions.
