Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. BPRS Syarikat Madani Batam city. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this research were 39 respondents. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there were positive and significant effects between environmental factors and employee performance, there is a positive and not significant influence between organizational factors and employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence between personal factors and employee performance. Furthermore, all three factors have a positive and significant influence simultaneously.
