- Abstract
Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion exchange membrane doped the silicotungstic acid thermal stability and thermal degradation kinetics were studied by means of thermal gravimetric analysis in a nitrogen atmosphere, the heating rate used respectively was 5, 10, 20 and 30 /min. Using the Kissinger, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa, Friedman and Starink methods, non-isothermal kinetics data of composite membrane doped the silicotungstic acid were analyzed. TG-DTG curves showed that for proton exchange composite membranes, when decomposition rates reached 5 and 10%, the lowest thermal degradation temperature respectively was 255.9 and 310.9 . The results calculated by various methods indicated that the average value of apparent activation energy of composite membrane was 144.5kJ/mol. When composite film was measured at -30 and 90 , the conductivity of film respectively was 1.42×10-6 S•cm-1 and 3.12×10-5S•cm-1.
