Abstract

BIM is used in the cost of fine management, which is significant to improve the construction cost management.Firstly, the main problems in fine management of construction cost are analyzed deeply. Secondly, the application of the BIM model, in the life cycle of cost management, is explored. Finally, the framework for fine management of construction cost based on BIM is established, and the cost management roadmap is given.
