Abstract

The focus of the patent portfolio design lies in how to use the relevant patent portfolio tool to convert knowledge of the company or the patent to the activities of commercial value. It is important particularly to realize the target company with the matching degree of patent portfolio value. The paper analyzed the characteristics of the Interduality of coupling system between the patent portfolio and the target enterprise. It established the model of coupling dynamic development between patent portfolio and target enterprise. An empirical study has been researched on Lenovo Group. It can effectively improve the performance of the whole system by the coordinated development between the Behavioral subsystem and the State subsystem. It will help to improve the performance of enterprises to balance the relationship between the construction of patent portfolio and the investment of resources.
