Abstract

Incubators has been actively promoted all over the country, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science and Technology have approved and established the first 15 national university student incubators in 2001, the Ministry of human and society has approved the first 15 national incubators demonstration base in 2012. University students make the entrepreneurial practice or incubator is an important practice platform for universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education and promote student to start their own business.
