- Abstract
The scientific assessment of teaching activities and the effect is the last step in the whole teaching process. It directly influences the objective assessment of students and the improvements of teaching contents and and methods. Learning is a process of construction. People acquire knowledge through sense-making. Meanwhile, humanism requires teaching to be students-centered, to promote students self-learning and self-fulfillment. As a result, in a new round of college English teaching assessment, how to put constructivism and humanism into effect has become the key for building a new college English teaching assessment system and model.
