Abstract

In order to lengthen floating time of foil in the air and improve its scattering abilities, this paper proposes a novel structure of millimeter wave foil. By cutting useless part of foil, its weight is reduced appropriately while its scattering properties as well as floating time are strengthened which usually means effective interference.
