- Abstract
Monte Carlo method (MCM) for evaluation of measurement uncertainty is a beneficial supplement to the “Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement” (GUM). This paper introduces the method and the steps of measurement uncertainty evaluation by MCM based on LabVIEW, and an example is given out to validate the effect of measurement uncertainty evaluation by Monte Carlo method.
