cerebral venous malformation (CVM) is a rare disease which often result in misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis for its non-specific symptoms. we encountered a case of cerebral venous malformation with recurrent manifestations of perennial headache in 40-year-old woman.Through studying the main image features of Developmental venous anomalies (DVAs),We can improve the diagnostic level of CVM and strengthen the differentiation of headache
