- Abstract
As important participants for cultivating contemporary applied and innovative talents, the professional development of teachers in applied universities is directly related to the quality of education and teaching as well as the level of talent cultivation. In the context of the new era, the professional development of applied university teachers faces many practical difficulties, such as unstable development, insufficient development ability, incomplete development, and uneven development. In this regard, the implementation path for the professional development of application-oriented undergraduate teachers was proposed from six aspects.
