Abstract

The article describes the possibilities of using BIM technologies, and problems that can be solved using this technology. In addition, the authors analyze the effectiveness of this technology through the example of the experience of other countries. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a new approach to design, construction and operation. Studies show that the use of BIM technology contributes to increased profits and profitability, lower costs, increase productivity and reduce the overall cost of the project.
