Abstract

This article describes the model developed by the authors of introducing innovative projects in the forest complex of the Irkutsk region. The mechanism proposed by the authors for introducing innovative projects includes a sequence of six stages, creating tools to ensure effective management of the continuous process of introducing innovative projects according to a pre-planned scenario, thereby improving the quality of life among the population, efficient organization of managerial work, and also minimizing costs associated with the cost of their management.
