- Abstract
The article is about the role of values within the framework of existing basic philosophical concepts, the problem solution of the correlation between "eternal" and "relative" values and their role in the functioning and development of society. The authors consider the peculiarities of the value transformation inherent in the modern Tajikistan due to the globalization processes. It is shown in the article that the disintegration of the fundamental forms of the social life organization is accompanied by the crisis of self-identification, which is very essential for young people, since their economic thinking and decisions are closely connected with the value consciousness of society. The researchers also write about the problem of changing the value foundations of the Tajik society in connection with its desire to build an industrialised society based on the principles of democracy, humanism, the rule of law and freedom of choice. The goal of the research is to analyze the issues related to the transformation of the value system, the value relationship of a man to the world, the value dimension of the world and the formation of Tajik youth's social identity.
