- Abstract
With the increasingly fierce competition in freight market, freight marketing has become an important part of railway transport work, which directly affects the competitive advantages and core capabilities of railway freight enterprises. At the same time, customer value has become an important concept in the field of marketing. Therefore, from the perspective of customer value, this paper discusses the relationship between customer value and railway freight marketing, constructs the framework of railway freight marketing system oriented by customer value and further designs the freight marketing implementation path so as to provide enlightenment for the construction of marketing system and enhance the core competitiveness of the railway freight enterprise.
