Abstract

With the advancement of the tourism industry supply side reform, China's tourism industry has entered a new state, featuring high quality of tourism products, personalized tourism needs and meticulous tourism services. With the development of tourism industry, tourism vocational education as the background, around the tourism production and education integration,the "craftsman" tourism talent training and matching. Taking Heyuan Polytechnic tourism professional as an example, the article to the development of tourism industry, artisan style tourism talent training reform, and focus on the vocational college internship effectiveness, the quality of employment to enhance the investigation and analysis, with a view to the professional and professional training, personalized training targeted recommendations.
