Abstract

Targeted poverty alleviation has entered the sprint period, and needs to be boosted by taking the advantage of the Internet. The "Internet plus" Innovation Platform, based on the Internet, leverages the advantages of university talents in management and technology to carry out innovative and entrepreneurial services, which contributes to the promotion of targeted measures in poverty alleviation. The platform realizes information sharing and exchange between poverty alleviation targets, universities, government and enterprises, and adopts targeted, direct and effective measures for poverty alleviation through. The practice proves that the effectiveness is significant, which has deepened the practical significance of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship work in colleges and universities.
